About Me
If you or your child are suffering with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, panic attacks, phobias, or anxiety that just won't go away, my message for you is this:
You are not alone. There is so much hope.
My name is Jesse and I am a both a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and someone who lives with OCD and anxiety. My clinical approach is built on the combination of proven, evidence-based therapies and the empathy and understanding that come from lived experience.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling after completing OCD-specialized graduate training under Dr. Brittany Rudy at Moment Center for Anxiety Disorders. I am trained in Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I don't stop advocating for understanding and effective treatment options when I leave the therapy office. I serve on the board of directors for OCD South Carolina and have presented education and training materials for the International OCD Foundation.
My clients come from diverse backgrounds and range in age from 4-94 years old, but they all share one thing in common: They are ready to courageously create the life they want regardless of what OCD or anxiety have to say.
If that sounds like you, it would be my privilege to support your journey.
